Nope, have dedicated 1;1, and this only changes if staffing issues arise.
Need consistency and continuity - they wouldn't accept a different class teacher for each session at school, would they!

DS2 has dedicated 1:1 at nursery, but worried about continuity at school. In your position, I'd be pretty miffed. Could you get a SENCO or HV to stamp their feet in your behalf a bit? Sometimes getting a professional to intercede is more efficient, I think.

I think it depends on your DS, Phoenix. DD1 was having dedicated 1:1, but she had become attatched to the point where she would only do things for "Mrs x". So they have a system now, where "Mes x" is her 1:1 on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday & Friday, "Mrs Y" on Tuesday morning & "Mrs Z" on Thursday.

Having said that, if DD is having a very emotionally hard day, they let Mrs X take over because DD is attatched to her & they say it is like torture to have her favourite person in the room but make her play with another LSA.

The crucial thing is that I know who her 1:1 is for each session, so I prepare her as we get ready in the morning. For instance on a Thursday, if she says "I see Mrs X day", I say "Not today, DD. Today is "Mrs z".

I guess you could bring it up on the basis of wanting the Statement to specify one person all the time.
