Our OT arranged funding for ours (she is fab, we only expected to have it on loan originally), but I don't know what 'pot' it came from.

It is brilliant, ds actually sleeps. Oh the bliss!

we got a loan of one from the OT, helps dd get over to sleep does not stop her getting up 10 times a night. OT said if it works she could try and arrange funding, i was thinking if i seen one cheap enough id just buy it, but £100 is a bit steap. BRANDY77 there used for kids with sensory problems the weight makes them feel more secure (i think)

We bought one on ebay for about thirty quid i think. They will customise it for you in whatever fabric you like - ours chose trains. They are made with a patchwork effect with little individual squares which then have weighted beads in them so aren't as uniformly weighted as the REALLY expensive ones but they might be suitable for your needs.
