DS2 has just had his first pooh on the toilet I can't believe he actually done it. He was a bit shocked he had, he was on the toilet for 10 minutes before he did (I knew he needed one) and I left him to it rather than stay with him.

I am one proud mammy. Not exciting for anyone else (when is pooh ever), but I know I can post it here and get some understanding on how much of an accomplishment this is.

Oooh, can really understand this. Couldn't believe it first time it happened. DD was dry for about a year and a half before she first poohed without a nappy!!

Its so exciting isn't it. We just managed to get ds1 to poo on the potty. Admittedly it was an accident on his part though - he had a dodgy tummy due to antibiotics and went to do a wee, when more came out. We made a huge thing out of it and he seems to be ok about doing it now. Before he had a real phobia - once I tried to put the potty next to him when he was doing it in his nappy and he actually pushed the potty away while he was in mid push!
