this morning - dd1 went off to check on dd2 ( asleep in her cot) thought I better go too just in case overenthusiastic big sister wakes dd2. Well as I got close to the room - dd1 turned around and gestured to me to be quiet as well as shushing she had her finger over her mouth in the 'shush' gesture iykwim. How cute

I love it when my ds1 tries to take care of ds2. its so sweet. seems to make all the tears and tantrums worthwhile
