I bought some from a local independent fabric shop. They had a huge great roll of the stuff, and I paid about £2 for 1m of it. (If you happen to be based in Exeter, the shop is Percy's in Sidwell St.)

It is really cheap on ebay, about 5 m for £3+, all colours, widths, sizes. I buy all sorts of stuff like this for childminding activities on ebay.
