Have any of your LOs had a sleep regression at 3 years? Our third child is being such hard work at the moment. On a nighttime she won’t go to sleep after story and the bedtime routine, I have to keep putting her back into bed and this can go on until 10.30pm some nights like it did last night. It’s 5.30am now and she’s been wide awake since 4.50am and I can’t get her to go back to sleep. She will go the whole day now without a nap but her behaviour is so defiant at the moment, probably due to lack of sleep. We didn’t have this with Isabelle, but had similar with our first who has Aspergers and ADHD. Obviously we’re worried now whether it could be signs of her developing ASD/ADHD, or whether it’s typical toddler behaviour trying to push the boundaries?
