Interesting SALT appointment today

we actually got to see a specialist! yay!

Dh and I both felt she was much more efficient and had far wider knowledge than the newly qualified SALT we saw previously (who was in her defence aware ds3 is a bit of a confusion, and referred to her manager which is all you can ask really).

Anyway, apart from assurance that DS3's language will improve at least somewhat (still doubt we'll get to coversation stage but we'll se...), we're going to be getting rregular input from now on, SALT is visiting childminder to watch DS3 in a social situation, but most intrestingly...

She is going to telephone the Head of the SALT school to re-open discussions over DS3 attending.

Good job I ahven't invested in the school uniform for January yet isn't it!
