GL Dyslexia Portfolio assessment

Hi there, received results for my 12 yo DD's Dyslexia Portfolio Screening today. There's no Dyslexia Index, so I'll try to find that out.

Scores are;
Single word reading test National percentile rank-48
Single word spelling Test NPR-37
Word literacy cluster NPR-45
Naming Speed NPR-12
Reading Speed NPR-48
Processing Speed cluster-22
Phoneme Deletion NPR-30
Nonword reading NPR-87
Phonological cluster NPR-22
Free Writing NPR-63

Her Naming speed, Phoneme Deletion & Non-word reading stand out in the Ipsative score as way lower scoring aspects (-1.5 , -1.0 & -0.5).

Her higher Ipsative scores were 1.0, 0.5 , 1.0 & 2.0 (in Single word reading, Single word spelling, Reading speed & Writing).

I have NO idea what this all actually means. There is an IEP in place & the SENCO has been super helpful & quick to respond to my concerns. I know she'll go through this all with me, but would like a little understanding before I speak to her. Can anyone help?
