Me? God no, i dont have that much really. At least i get paid for nothing atm (I love being a student) which includes ds3's cm, so I'm relatively in clover!

LadyVictoriaOfCake Tue 28-Aug-07 15:48:36

Spent 6 weeks calling them to ask where's the respite they promised for the sumemr holiday. And gosh, the holidays end this week. DD's social worker seemed to be on leave for most of it. Must be nice. Having leave, getting a break. Just called and its her last day working there and she's passed the case onto a new one.
Can I say bad words on this forum like fucketty fucketty fuck?

onlyjoking Tue 28-Aug-07 17:52:26

they are fobbing you off their is always a duty SW on, if no joy you could always ask for the service manager and mention there were no duty SW on for you to speak to.
like every job there are good and really crap SW's i of course was a good one wink

Ours isn't good BUT have worked with plenty of excellent ones in the past. They have a No AS policy here which doesn't help, but if I cant talk to them because DS1 doesn't get an allocated SW (he is on the lists, just qualifies for nowt) then how can I get them to assess DS3 for his ASD? 9they did offer help with ds1, just said I had to report him to Cp for child abuse shock- buggers)
