Has anyone's child had an ACE? (antegrade colonic enema) Or anyone know anything about it??

My dd has just been given a date to have one, she's totally incontinent so we're very excited that we can finally start doing something towards working on that.
But I'm worried about how she'll deal with such a dramatic change, and for that matter how I will.
Really would like to talk to anyone that knows about it. The level of care thats needed afterwards? How much time of your day it takes up etc

Anyone know anything?
