Hi all,
I am hoping you can help with a problem I am having with my son. He is nearly 4 but has development delay and is nearly completely non verbal (he has about 4 words). Recently he has discovered his willy and his hands are constantly in his nappy. At home it’s not much of a problem but obviously when we are out people are giving him some very weird looks. It doesn’t help that he looks older than he is and doesn’t have obvious SN. How can I get him to keep his hands out of his nappy? I can’t talk to him about it cos he won’t understand.

Prevention - onesie vests during the day, all-in-one sleepsuits for the night. He won't be able to get his hands in there! Works for our 8yo ASD son.

Where would you get onesie vests in his size? He is in 5 to 6 year old clothes.

Marks and Spencer do an online range up to age 8. It depends how determined he is we had to do shorts under the popper vest too!
