Hi, we have a tribunal coming up this week to try to get DD's EHCP to reflect her needs. I have read all I can find about tribunals but I'm after more specific advice on how to cope and come across well, while putting our case across the best I can. I am determined but apprehensive. Many thanks
Perhaps easy to say, but try to be yourself and passionate about your child.
I was quite nervy but very determined and that seemed to go down well with the judge. I also deliberately overstepped the mark a few times because I knew I wasn't expected to be courtroom savvy and it gave a flavour of the crap I had had to put up with from LA. Good luck!!!
