ADHD - Intuniv with stimulant?

Hi there

I was hoping someone out there might be able to help! My 7 year old son and I both have ADHD and take Elvanse (for about 6 months now). Whilst it works well, we're finding that the irritability/aggression as it wears off and first thing in the morning before it kicks in is getting difficult. I've read amazing things about adding Intuniv to the Elvanse for exactly this problem and it seems to be a common treatment option in the USA. However I can't find a consultant in the UK with experience of prescribing the two together.

Does anyone know of a psychiatrist or child psychiatrist who has experience of prescribing Intuniv alongside a stimulant for ADHD?
