Not impressed with lea ep

Saw Dd this am, said he was going to observe yet didn't (however I know he probably would t have seen anything as Dd holds it together at school)
Then did a few assessments nothing major and concludes nothing wrong. Said he wouldn't patronise me and suggest a parenting course.
Feel bloody frustrated again!
