Thank-you! I don't have enough experience with them yet (will have in the next few months though!). But have passed this on to others who may want to comment.

Great HHH3 . We need as many people as possible to expose their diabolical practices. Ofsted can't ignore the same stories over and over.

A chance to put the boot in again about their dreadful choice of Baker Small as their solicitors, and their failure to recognise the appalling conduct that was being perpetrated in their name.

I'm in Herts, fairly new to the whole thing.I know about the BS thing but are they particularly bad at dragging their feet/needing to be taken to tribunal for everything? Can you tell me about their bad practices generally so I can have an understanding of what to look out for/ask other SN mums I meet in groups if they have come across this.

Mumoftwinsandanother, it's things like dragging feet until tribunal etc as you mentioned. For ASD, I know of numerous cases where the reports for EHC plans are just plain wrong so that any provision that costs money has to be won at a tribunal. Parents on this forum have also complained about some pretty dirty tricks, like pitting schools against parents to win at tribunal etc...

Basically everything apart from putting the child's interests first.
