There's so much negativity on these threads, i get it a lot of have no where else to get it all out and it's good we can do it here. But i had a thought why don't we just write one good thing about our children? This can remind us that it's not all doom and gloom Grin

I'll start:

My daughter tries her hardest all the time! Although she may struggle her effort amazes me and makes me extremely proud Smile

Great idea.

My dd has stopped wearing pull ups at night and at 4 years old has just learnt to crawl Grin maybe one day she will walk.

I love my sons honesty. Good, bad or ugly. He always tells the truth. Its refreshing to be with someone who speaks the god honest truth and doesn't see any need to lie.

My dd has been night dry for 6 nights in a row! Longest ever, she's usually wet every night. We've been trying at night time since January. Toilet training has been a stressful long haul for me and dd! (It's been lovely not having to change the bedding every morning this week!)

Great thread, it is all too easy to focus on the tough stuff Sad

I was very nervous about DS2 (just 5, suspected ASC) going back to school after the holidays, as after half term he sobbed for whole mornings for a week Sad. This week, however, he has not cried once! His teachers have even said he's being cheeky (rather than not talking to them like when he started in September) Grin

Well done to all the other DC, love to read all these positive things Star

My son is vey affectionate and today he just spontaneously kissed my arm whilst I was folding the washing!

He also tries so hard to say what he is trying to say, even when he knows we are struggling to understand or his siblings actually say 'I don't understand!'

Headed up now to give all 3 an extra good night kiss even though they are sleeping as this thread has made focus on the positive.xx

My little girl has a smile which lights up the room and the cutest little giggle. She gives the best cuddles and the sweetest kisses and gets ridiculously excited whenever I or her daddy come home from work. And she just started walking at 2.8 years, I keep watching her when she walks, I still can't quite believe she is really doing it!
