Excuse my ignorance, but if a child has suspected ADHD would that child only display outburst at certain times of day?
My ds starts fights at home but seems to be an angel in school. Does this happen, or am I right thinking, surely outbursts would be across the board not seemingly naughty behaviour just at home?

It's not uncommon to hold everything in when you're nervous of being judged then let it all out, sometimes rather messily, once in the comfort of home.

DS1 didn't hold it all in, but still displayed a different range of problem behaviours at school to those at home.

Ahh right thanks.
We've been having reports done for last 17 months & was told on Friday he is'nt Autistic, but now they want to rule out ADHD.
I just don't know what wrong with him, he used to be a lovely happy boy, but these days he's just always picking fights with his brother & they're not just normal sibling rivalry fights either

My dd has asd and adhd and shows it across the board but I know parents whose children are angels at school and it all comes out at home.

Thanks for that. That's answerd me, it obviously can come through in different ways. WE had a 'connors form' to fill in & depending on our answers he may go on to be tested for ADHD
