Sample ehcp plans?

I've got first meeting with LA SN officer (?) and school to discuss EHCP in a few weeks. I'm a bit worried that I won't argue for a good enough 'deal' for DS because I'm not sure what concrete outcomes I should be talking about. He is 4.5 verbal, always ignores children, learns nothing incidentally and is non compliant, but can learn quickly (with ABA)- e.g. can read above his age.

Is there anywhere I can see some successful (sample) EHCP plans to see where I should be heading.

Thanks.

I can't link directly, but look at www.sendpathfinder.co.uk/education-health-and-care-plan-workshops, go to the resource list, then have a look at the document called "Anna's EHC Plan" which looks reasonable on the face of it. The whole website relates to some training the DfE seems to be doing for LAs at the moment - it's good to see that they're trying to do something about improving EHCPs, though I don't know why they went to management consultants for the purpose.

They seem to endorse the practice of having tables with provision linked to outcomes. I don't understand why they don't have provision linked to needs which is after all what the Code of Practice requires, but no-one ever seems to question that.

Thanks GruntledOne, just sitting down to check out the resource.
