please can you if pedro boots can be use for flat feet with arch insole in them what is the different with Rehabilitation stiffens and Stability stiffens i don't have hypermobility so what will be best
i have try to get piedro footwear on NHS but they went give me any so i have to go privet but i need boots or trainers with ankle support but all the ones in the shops are board line

i have all was found hard to find footwear that give the support that need
and about hyper mobility well i dont thick i have but if do the hospail has never said anything but may be it was board line so they find anything

my plan is to buy Rehabilitation stiffens piedro boots privet and use them round the house for a day or 2 and say if the make a differents if not get Stability stiffens ones buy going outside the uk as i cant get then in NHS

How old are you and have you had it confirmed that you don't have hypermobility. It's the most common cause of flat feet in adults.

Have you tried arch support insoles in other footwear?

i got my frist insole at 18 but i have new ones now which do work but not doing there job 100% as my trainer dot give my the support that i need and boots do work better but not much

My Dd has orthotic insoles and she wears walking boots! Her ankles are hypermobile and she has tight achillies like Luxy's Ds!

She finds the walking boots ok so long as they are laced properly!

i may have hyper mobility in feet and knees as i have old there do play which there never use to how do find out if have in low jonits

Piedro boots are going to cost you a load if money OP ! It could be wasted if they are not really what you need! I agree with zzzzz you need an OT/GP/Podiatrist/Orthotist!

i have try piedro Rehabilitation boots but were there there are to low on the ankle line to give me the full support that i need also i feeling even more support is need then Rehabilitation stiffens so i am now going to get the high stability boots
i am going on holiday soon to disney world florida and will order then then as i can't get them in uk will there be to ok in the hot heat etc in florida
