School recommendations for ASD child in Bromley/Sidcup/Sevenoaks area

I am working through the maze to find a suitable primary school for our ASD boy (8 year old). He has been in mainstream school. He has a statement. It has been an massive uphill climb and blockers after blockers with school to work with us. They just dont believe in his abilities and he has become withdrawn in the school environment. Looking for any recommendations for other mainsteam/with-unit school who are really willing to work towards betterment of an ASD child, rather than ticking the boxes. Anyone with positive experience with schools in this area? thank you.
