Early years British ability scales scored

Hello I haven't been here for ages ,dd2 was tested by the end pysch the other day and I wondered if any one could shed light on her scores. She got 12 percent for verbal
Ability, 14 percent for non verbal
Reasoning ability and 16 percent for spatial ability , she also has a diagnosis of autism

Things are complicated here ds is going through the process for an
Ehcp, dd2 is her usual complex self, she is doing brilliantly at her special school

I would have thought that 12% is the 12th percentile. That is, out of a group of 100, 12 people will fall under your dd for verbal ability. Just looking at our bas results and there is t scores and percentiles. T scores would not be represented as a %.
