Morning all, I just wanted to let you know that my friend who I asked for help for regarding an unlawful statement received an ammended statement yesterday which is finally lawful!!

She has had about 10 variations and got her friend who is a solicitor to write to them reminding them of what Lawful means but they have finally done it!

She would have given up if it hadnt been for the help from this board so thanks to everyone. She now doesnt have to go back to tribunal Smile

Excellent news Smile

But, 10 drafts before she got a lawful one Angry

So, ninja goose techniques + medical experts + the law are now needed for disabled DC's to have their legal and human rights recognised. Just because some have the tenacity, support and/or money to get through the bureaucracy does not mean there is not systematic discrimination. Angry

I totally agree keep it is crap but at least it is one more person winning the battle that LA's so do not want us to win!!

The fact that the letter from the solicitor started the ball rolling again last week when she was certain she was heading back to tribunal shows how far the LA's are prepared to push parents!!

It is a disgrace that we are put into this situation in the first place!

But I am still happy for her Grin
