How much longer? Is this the longest tribunal process ever? It's been about 15 months since I applied for sa.

I'm going bonkers.

its took me about 14 months to get this far but at least my part is now over - surely you cant have much longer to wait now 2boys. I got my written order yesterday by email - all that stress came down to a page and a half of paper.

hang on in there - its nearly over - the Manchester case I quoted had taken the mum 17 months from refusal to assess appeal to NIL appeal

Did you find the link to the Manchester case?

I was hoping they would speed the desision through as it's been two months but no. Feel totally failed.

I haven't managed to find the link on here yet - need to go and look harder but I do have it saved on my computer so can email it to you if you want it.

im disappointed in my decision in the sense that it sounds like we all just agreed - doesn't give any of the background on how the LA had completely failed and the judge telling them they no chance in hell of winning it. but also does cover me if the LA start to play games

I am getting the feeling that the Tribunal is a bit overwhelmed and underfunded. I don't have a lot of evidence to go on, but if you have noticed things going slower then I would be interested to know.

Fingers and toes crossed for all of you waiting
