DH just gone to hand deliver the bundle to the LA - all 300 pages of it and ive heard nothing at all from the LA. Theres been nothing in the post today, no emails and im guessing I wont get any as they have said they wont send me emails as not secure 9didnt stop them last year letting their solicitor sending it all to me by email) and I doubt I wil get a 'visit' as usually I get phone calls first
so maybe that's it - there is nothing more come. DH has just text me to say 'the eagle has landed' so that it - 2 weeks of late night,. stress and worry and now we wait for the next stage....
senco asked me today when I picked my dd up for an appointment what my OT report had concluded - I mentioned it states she has hypermobility in her fingers so she asked me 'what's that?'

I thought there were things the la was required to file? You need to watch out for copies of emails sent to sendist at 4:59. 
I don't know about refusal to assess but when appealing 2, 3 and 4 LA filed about 6 reports from all sorts - specialist teachers, recent teacher reports etc that were invisible until 4:59 on final evidence deadline. But nearly time now
Well done for getting it all it in. The run up to deadline is a nightmare and very stressful. But that's it. Although I wouldn't put it past them to try to file something after the deadline or go for an extension.
My LA filed for an extension to the deadline in the final minutes - my solicitor retaliated by going for strikeout. LA conceded two days later. Although in all my recent complaints to the LGO, the LA said they didn't actually need the extension because they'd already decided to assess on evidence deadline anyway 
(if you believe that, you'll believe anything!)
