Dd, who is stuck at home bored watching the news and hearing me fighting for her provision, and I came up with this:

A diet for LA people, politicians and useless professionals

Breakfast:
Red herrings followed by waffles warmed by hot air.

Lunch:
Hard cheese or duck (and dive) sandwiches on ma(i)ze bread.
Sour grapes

Dinner:
Starter:
Clam (up) soup

Mains:
Tripe and other offal
or
Codswallop

Dessert:
Trifle and Fudge

DD suggests possible consumers are Dr. Schemer Flannel-Redtape and
Ms Ima Jobsworth.

You and Star (with her hilarious reworking of lyrics of popular tunes) would make quite a double act!

I was watching Dad's army the other day and thinking most LA's could really do with a C'pn Mannering at the helm of their SN teams. He'd soon sort em out!
