No, I am having a mental block over it, must get it in next week. We have got a date for ds2's panel now after the complaint so hopefully one will be sorted before too long.

Fingers crossed, Ineed.

5 weeks until our final evidence date. Seems like ages and no time at all.

I know what you mean ouryve When the letter came with the dates on it seemed like ages to get it all done. I didnt sit back, I started straight away and yet I didnt finish it until yesterday!

I was only tweaking and tidying this week but even so!!

I have honestly never worked so hard on anything!

Although to be fair, I did get in a bit of a muddle at first and needed help from our advocate to sort it out but once I was on track the work really kicked in!

I got most of what I needed sent off in the first wave, as I needed to be very clear about the grounds on which I was appealing, so did a lot of work in that initial 8 weeks, and have some stuff pencilled in for nearer the time.

My tribunal date is 15 days before the anniversary of the annual review that went nowhere. DS1's in year 5, so SENCO's talking transition reviews, but we still have to bring last year's review to a satisfactory conclusion!

Report
ouryve · 07/03/2014 20:35

And a satisfactory conclusion might mean that a transition review is redundant!
