taking SN pushchairs with you on an aeroplane...

I know they're classed as wheelchairs, but do the cabin crew/ ground staff know this?

I've just got my fab mountain buggy xl - looks just like a standard mountain buggy and uses the same frame, but has a deeper seat and lower footplate.
I'm due to fly with the children (7, 5 with SN and 2) on my own on Sunday and am worried about not getting the buggy when I get off the plane.
Should I mark it? Maybe laminate a wheelchair sign and hang it on to the buggy or something?

I flew to Malaga on my own with the children at Easter and despite me telling them several times that I need the buggy back at the plane and not the luggage area, they still managed to mess up. (It wasn't too bad though - they ended up calling an electric cart for us - the children loved it).

I could - in theory - cope with walking. But it would take forever. Dd2 walks like a 1.5 yr old.
