Quick statement question

Hurrah finally have final statement. Son is off to ss in Sept which is stated in part 4. It also says til July recommended he gets 25 her support funded by LA. Does this mean that school have to implement this now? He gets 15 hpw, he may even get more unofficially, I am not sure but want to find out. It's only 5 weeks til end term but I would like him to have it if he isn't already.

Yes, it's a transitional statement. DD1 had a statement when she had just turned 4, 9 months before school started. It had a special school named, with 'to continue with current provision in meantime', as she had full 1:1 at preschool.
