That's it really. Tribunal looming and feel like crap. Getting no-where fast. Everything else crumbling. Brain freeze alternating with jittery running about. Want to swear and shout and break stuff, but that would only mean more people to calm down and mess to clear up. Anyone actually succeeded in 'switching off' during the process?

You're not allowed to crumble your dc is relying on you Grin. If you crumble, what would we all do? I look forward to your posts on here, and in awe of your wit and way with words Grin

When's your hearing? Would it possible to take a short break?

I too will be joining you soon. I've just filed my appeal - this is my second time - and I've already been warned that all the shenanigans that took place last time will in all likelihood be repeated Angry

I felt the need to pace and so paced with purpose and mowed the lawn or did other hard physical stuff in the garden - luckily it is around a third of an acre and so this is a never ending task! (Also the noise of the mower means that DS1 can't talk at me constantly Blush)

Not only did we win tribunal but the garden looks fantastic Smile Shame about the inside of the house.

Thanks Thanks. Hope yours is more straightforward, crazee. Summer, the hearing isn't for weeks, that's sort of the problem. It feels like a really awful exam date that is hanging over you, but is too far away to resolve by just buying a Letts guide, cramming all night and hoping for the best.

Still feel rubbish but this does help. And Keepon, you made me laugh out loud Grin
