Just in case anyone has missed the other thread WE WON Grin and I have been waiting so long to write that thread title.

In 10 months we have gone from a 2nd refusal to assess to a statement to placement in OOC specialist indi school.

Don't be put off by refusal/dismissal but keep on keeping on.

Thank you all

I am so pleased but so enraged that these bastards put you through this and made you incur costs like this. Really shocking.

While it sickens me to no end that this fight was even necessary, this is SO good to hear. Doing a happy dance here for you Grin

Oh FFS!

I mean. Well done for having the tenacity to see this through and the determination and guts to get this far, and you should be extremely proud of yourself.

But I do hope you are awarded costs. The LA's behaviour needs to be checked and presumably you could do better things with the money.

But, congratulations and [win] and I do hope that this win really helps your family from now on.

And no doubt I can't match your cheerfulness today, but this news has made my day.
