Yes good luck for tomorrow

StarlightMcKenzie · 01/05/2013 18:17

It isn't as bad as you might imagine.

I'd do it again. There is no way the LA will have put anything like the effort you have put into this and your child is very lucky to have you for an advocate.

Be proud of yourself already.

Good luck from me too. :)

Ineedmorepatience · 01/05/2013 19:33

And from me, I am honking and flapping for you Smile

KOKOagainandagain · 01/05/2013 19:42

Thank you Smile

Star - btw, FS advises photo and dress mumsy.

Still no working document Angry. FS said she has not seen this happen for about 5 years! I thought they may send it at 5pm, but no. I am so glad we are being represented. I cannot imagine the stress of being handed the WD for the first time an hour before you represent yourself for the first time.

No matter how good the presentation of the case I can't help but being struck by the pincer movement of our experts (who have all worked together on tribunal cases in the past). Compared to the incompetence of the LA it is staggering. I'll let you know if it works.

Even so, nothing compares to the support and information I have found here over the last year. I started off thinking that DS1 was 'just' dyslexic because he didn't fit the 'classic' profile of ASD. I thought I had no real reason to read posts by others with ASD DC but then I found that they were talking about the same issues that I experienced.

Thank you all Flowers

Very best of luck. Though you sound well prepared, so luck probably has nothing to do with it. Smile

MareeyaDolores · 01/05/2013 22:54

Keep, Shock re lack of WD. Will cross my fingers it's because they're planning to roll over without a fight. Can't hurt to have them look thisinefficient and unprofessional, anyway Wink.
