2006, no its not specified or quantified in the slightly, iits a proposed statement, but i have 15 days to put that right and appeal if need be.

But for now, its a massive victory, its taken me 3 years to get this far!! Smile

Part 2 is 7 pages long and does nothing but talk about the progress ds has made Hmm and that he doesnt need a direct programme of SALT etc

Part 3 is stuff like 'access to' and that his learning programme should be informed by SALT! he needs 'opportunity' and 'ongoing support' and 'advice' and 'continued access' and whole other bunch of rubbish.
