Hi,

Can you tell me what vitamin supplements you give your DC? And if this has had a positive impact of some of their behaviours?

My dd is very hyperactive and lacks attention, I want to start her on supplements. She was previously on Vit D and omega 3

Thanks

We're also converts to vegepa and I think we have seen good results. My ds has been on it for 6 months, prior to that he took the Eyeq but we did'nt see any change with those. Vegepa just seems to have nudged his brain on a bit. Hth.

What's the youngest age you can give the vegepa from, and what are the ingredients?

DS3 would really benefit from omega 3 (hyperactive, high probability of ADHD, according to the Paed). But he's only 2y2mo.

Lots of medicines and supplements and vitamins are out because of his allergies. He can't have the Abidec vitamin drops from the GP because they're based on peanut oil (peanut & tree nut allergies), and he can't have anything with lactose, casein, whey, milk powder, milk protein in (dairy allergy), AND he can't have anything with soy or soy lecithin in either!! (Soy allergy too).

Dietician told me to try to find a decent vitamin supplement for him...

And I would like to give him omega 3 because I feel it would help his concentration levels, which might enable me to actually get him to do his SALT exercises...
