Anyone fancy a meetup @ the Science Museum sometime in the next fortnight?

Open to suggestions for other venues as the weather is still so grotty.

Other than the Easter weekend itself I'm totally open to suggestions.

Fabulous I can't wait to meet you and your DS. Has he got siblings? Mine has one.

The coach will drop-off at the Museums at approx. 10.30am (traffic permitting).

We are trying to arrange for the Museums to give preferential entry to us if there are long entrance queues, but we cannot guarantee it at this stage. I'm sure you would be able to tag along with us.

There will be an information sheet giving full details given out on the coach on the day. So not too sure at the moment what to say, do, I will try to find out in advance. I am sure you can't miss us with all the ticks, flapping and noises ect. As well as NAS T-shirts.

I'll bring along the a carrot too then.

Just found out that DC's have probably been infected with chickenpox. Sigh. Won't know until Tuesday (a week after exposure right?) but if we've dodged the bullet, I may well bring DD along.

Of course the one time Mog meets another child she actually wants to play with, the little so and so turns out to have chickenpox.

Mummytomog the incubation period for chicken pox is 10-21 days I'm afraid so it will be a couple of weeks more until you can be sure of having dodged it (or having got it). here

Although apparently a child is only infectious for 1-2 days before the spots appear. Did the child she was playing with have the spots already or was it a few days before they appeared? In which case the child may not actually have been infectious when you were there (hopeful)

Buggrit. Played with child Tuesday night, got phone call on Friday to say they had spots. Hoping they don't have it, but bit fatalistic that they probably do. Not me then, don't want to pass on any lurgy.

To be honest if the other child's spots only came out on Friday they probably weren't infectious on Tuesday.

I'm actually considering this. With all 4 DC's. All somewhere on the Spectrum. On my own. On a train. Unsure whether I'm being brave, mad, or stupid...GrinWink
