EDS - what supplements do you use? If any?

Hello there, sorry am posting for myself rather than Ds as (fingers crossed) he's not showing symptoms (yet), but I know there are lots of EDS parents around on this topic, so hoped you wouldn't mind me asking here?

Basically, I don't take anything at the moment, (& nor does Ds), except prescription drugs ... but feel like I should be taking vits/ supplements to support / help my body in some way? Oh i do have a high salt diet cos of the POTS, & vit d/ calcium as had hyperparathyroidism which was diagnosed at the same time as eds.

A friend gave me some marine collagen but wasn't convinced it does anything for eds? Wondered about something for poor energy, poor sleep, concentration, slow healing?

Do you or your dc take anything & do you have any recommendations? Thanks v much!
