help - may get refused for SA

In a bit of a dilemma. I do not have a diagnosis for ASD for dd but suspect it very strongly. dd has made tremendous progress in last 4 months due to some basic ABA modelling I have done from www.rethinkautism.com and we start a formal ABA in-home program soon. She is under diagnosis from NHS and their latests reports about dd place her a year ahead in self care & visual aeas, age appropriate in manipulative, motor skills and social skills and only 6 months behind in speech. But this was not thru observation as dd refused to co-operate. They asked me about her and I told them all she could do at home and did not mention that she will not do this outside of home....which now...makes me look like an utter fool as her report is looking "too good" and as we have just only applied for SA, it looks like we will get 100% turned down either due to lack of diagnosis or dd doing very well.

I am wondering what to send as extra proof that dd needs all the help she can. Should I get a private diagnosis and Ed Psych done before the 6 weeks of SA finish?
