DS struggles to sleep. He is reading under the covers as he doesn't go to sleep the instant his eyes close and thus he assumes he can't sleep.....

I am looking for a kind of light projector thingy to project lights and patterns on the wall/ceiling so he can watch that rather than read until stupid O'clock....

I remember seeing one in Argos but I can't find it now and I can't think how to google it 'cos I am feeling really thick and can't decide what to call it......

Help me!!

Is it the mathmos space projector? I think that is one that I have often seen recommended

If that's not it, try the cheapdisabilityaids website - they are great and might have some options

I think the argos one was discontinued, it was the ceiling shadow light. We have the mathmos one, that just projects a circle on the wall rather than a large area but it suits our needs. Maplins is a good place to look for lights, they do a star projector which is quite popular I believe.
