Dh is upstairs reading the girls a story, and I have ds curled up on my lap watching Little Bear, and I don't know why but I suddenly feel wrecked and have tears pouring down my face. I think maybe the appointment we had with ds's paed followed by an exhausting holiday and ds having what could have been a fit, might have just all hit me and I have spent the day trying to keep ds happy whilst making Halloween decorations with the girls, and really I just want to crawl into a hole and cry and sleep.
I don't want to be crying when dh comes downstairs, please say something distracting!
Here are some suggested organisations that offer expert advice on special needs.

Can't seem to stop crying, not sure why, please someone say something to help me stop.
