Thanks. It does look interesting, although I do worry that people will walk away from it with the idea that ADHD's not really REAL, but just a product of poor nutrition and use it as another stick with which to beat the parents. So many have ASD comorbid with ADHD which brings in sensory problems and food issues, which is something many people just don't understand.

Looks interesting, but hardly helpful to those of us whose kids don't stuff themselves with junk food and takeaways.

As for sugar - sometimes it makes DS1 more hyperactive for a short time, others it actually calms him and brings him out of a jittery state.
