Good evening everyone I hope all is well, I just wanted to ask if anyone knows how long it takes for a reply. I handed my form in at beginning of august and they have contacted our SENCO and we have just had a letter saying they are contacting our consultant. Is this normal practice? Why not contact everyone at the same time? We are wanting to get the ball rolling with some OT but really want to see if we can afford it!! If you could share your experiences that would be great, thank you

You would think they would contact everyone but alas no. They say to allow 12 weeks for a decision. I have had it take 26 weeks in the past, because they took no notice of me letting them know ds had changed nurseries.
