Sons first statement issued a few years ago in the november,so usually have annual review early nov,however due to moving to a resource unit this september last annual review was done in october to allow time for ammendments ect..... So does it change anything now hes in a resource or should the annual review be happening november as normal or should we have had it already. I like to be prepared and dont like suprizes
It is my understanding (must be in the Code of Practice somewhere, just can't find it at the mo!) that the annual review has to be carried before the date the last statement was finalised, but I am sure that if I am wrong, someone else will come along who knows better!
