Just to say thanks for your idea on the thread the other day. I have put your idea, along with a few others, of asking ds every 30 minutes to rate his anxiety to CAMHS, who will hopefully think its a good idea too and we can discuss it at meeting with the school.

Ds is perfectly capable of telling me what he worries about and it does seem like i am 'going around the houses' when ds has made it clear what his worries are, but i obviously need to go at this from a different angle. Thanks for helping me to see it from a different angle.
