Books/resources for understanding and helping an SN child?

5 month old DS has no diagnosis yet but we know he is developmentally delayed (partic gross motor), he has low tone, torticollis and has sensory integration issues.

We don't know yet what the future holds for him but we want to give him the best chance to fulfil his potential. He is currently having twice weekly physio and I swim with him once a week.

I'd really like to read as much as I can to help me understand how to help his development. I've found two books on amazon that look good:

Small Steps Forward
and
The Out of Sync Child

Has anyone read these? What did you think? Any other recommendations?
