awwww everybody GROUP HUGS! Grin

I got to say Yoga before I found this section I was feeling extremely like it was just me in the world going through things. And without it I wouldnt have learned how to be so pushy in getting my DC sorted. I love it when you can come here and have a giggle and I love it when you can come here and ask for a kick in the backside to pull you back together. Its niiiiiice Grin

I lurk. A lot. Because my DS needs are not so extensive I sometimes feel a bit bad about posting. Also name changed recently as I was inadvertently outing myself in RL. but honestly, I have learned so much and got so much from this forum. I would say Im only admitting this because am squiffy, but that would be a thread about a thread Grin

I love it too, especially when you feel you've really made a difference, sometimes. And sharing oddness that no-one else understands, or would think was sad when we know it's actually really funny!

Dairy free marg, DS went CF for a month and that was bad. Sad I was quite glad it had no effect. Well done MrsShrek, don't let me tempt you with my butter dish stories.

So I'm not the only one whose sleep patterns are knocked out by dh on nights /earlies then? normally I'm embarrassed to post at stupid o clock in case I look like the only night owl insomniac

[hmm. Difficulties dealing with routine change, wonder where DS got that then]
