i dont know if i should complain , my daughter has been on and off school with ilness and depression , she had a crisis visit from chams am , then I took her to school as i had a meeting and her sn class was having party (its there last day as they are doing wrk experience next week .) any way her mini bus drove off without her , the school were briliant (for a change ) and called and paid for a taxi .should i complain (the taxi driver is moving out of the area) or should i put it down to human error.

I don't know if i'd complain as I know when DS was taken by taxi that if I took him in I was responsible for bringing him home.
Sorry your DD was upset though.

know what you mean xxx the school know i dont drive and am disabled myself , so i think thats why they got her a taxi. ( my carer dropped us off and I got bus home after meeting . have had a difficult time dealing with school ,so it was very sweet of them to sort it out . DD is having travel training so hopefully she will get here confidence and start gettin the buses home again , they are regular . the travel traning lady is lovely and is practicing durning the summer . the taxi driver has been kind and helpfull in the past. guess im just sensitive because dd is very depressed and vunerable atm.

I had to take DS for his last year as council fucked his transport up changed the taxi company he had always had and he refused to go, 122 mile round trip every day. Councils don't give a shit.
