Does anyone know a good tutor agency in London? I want my son to have tuition over the summer holidays and weekly in September.

Do you mean academic tuition? I don't know of any agencies, but I've seen many adverts by private tutors in local magazines, online forums etc.

we used London Home Tutors ... so far so good
