my dd's draft has come threw she has been awarded 20hrs 1-1 per week, funding level 2A. Plus lots of things about her life/social skills. overall im quite happy with what has been suggested and we can move her to a special school if we so wish, we are going to look round the nearest 1 tomorrow, and if all goes well we hope to move her so she can start in sept. any tips or adivce on what to say/ask or do. iv got a few days left before i have to give the LEA my final decision over her SEN. ( the nearest SN is more for learning disabilites and my dd has very severe SLI no working memory and is 5yr behind, now the LEA sugested a special SLI school but it is 12 mile away and the ofsted report was a joke all 4's and clearly stated how they were failing the kids, so i need to convince the nearest SN 1 is the best place for her) hope this makes sence im a bit nervous over this now
