Support in school PT

Hi, quick q - have asked at the end of a rambling thread and think it's been missed :)

If my son's statement offers less than FT 1:1 support for when he starts next Sept I will probably only send him to school part time (ie for as many hours as he has support).

Would they reduce the supported hours offered, pro rata?

Thanks

Quite possibly they will - based only on our draft proposed statement which offers school-refusing ds support pro-rata as he gradually re-integrates at school. Whether they should do so ethically and can legally, I don't know. Hopefully someone more knowledgable will come along.
