DS2 (5) has been going through a really bad patch at school, with him twice having been sent home from school this past week, because he was viewed as a hazard to other children. You know the kind of thing, biting, throwing scissors, throwing himself on the floor, etc.

Anyway, he really, really loves music and mum spotted a reasonably priced concert at the city hall. WE phoned and told them the kind of disruption that might occur, but they were kindly insistent that we give it a go and provided seats near the exit.

DH and DS2 have just arrived back (11pm), and he was an angel throughout, giving the music rapt attention! He came in saying, "music 'morrow".

Thanks all Grin. Eviebaby - exit seats are very reassuring if you can get them.

Really hope it goes well. We couldn't have predicted the success of tonight - especially in view of the preceeding week.

He he, Starlight, I'm trying not to view the idea of a 'wise EP' as an oxymoron Grin. But, she's right. And, yes, Eveiebaby, you're right - I can honestly hardly contain myself over it. Very, very pleased. More concerts coming up!

Music itself is therapy; a Music Therapist is just trained to give it a specific structure and use it as a tool to achieve certain things.

So so thrilled that you and DH and DS have something lovely you can go out and do together Grin
