Hi have been given some funding for family fund for dd and I want to buy her a swing. She is 11 and has asd and loves swings. She is very tall and a normal sized swing isn't big enough really. Have tried looking online but not found anything suitable. Many thanks. I have a £200 budget

Hi thanks for that 2shoes. She doesn't have any mobility problems so would need just a basic seat, possibly with a wooden frame.

I only found expensive American ones when I was looking.

I eventually bought ds1 a hammock chair which he loves :)

Has she tried a hammock? I'm thinking the all-over pressure from a hammock could be extra beneficial. I'd love to get one for DD2 (and me Wink) but don't think we have enough room.. my friend has one in her garden, hung between two old sleepers; she does have a big garden though Envy
